Where are your clothes designed and made?

All our pieces are designed in the UK right here in the heart of the Northeast! We work with Printful LTD, a print-on-demand company. Their fulfilment center is based in Wolverhampton which means faster production times and swift delivery across the UK

What printing method do you use?

Right now use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing through Printful. In the future we plan to introduce Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing as part of our own in-house production setup

Do you have a physical store or are you online-only?

Currently we are primarily online, but with your support we are aiming to expand our reach to local markets and other events across the UK. Keep an eye on our socials for upcoming drops and pop-up locations

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit card providers as well as Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes - we ship to all UK addresses. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days

Do you ship to the US OR EUROPE?

No, not at the moment but if there’s enough interest in the future we’d be love to explore expanding our brand around the world!

How much is shipping?

2-4 working days: £3.99

Free delivery: Only on orders £50 and up

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link so you can follow it across the country

What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn items for a refund or exchange

Please note that if you choose to accept returns or exchanges, return shipping costs will need to be covered by you
