At ZERO191, all of our products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our returns policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference regarding colour or design

Please make sure to check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

To resolve this, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

You will not be required to return the item in most cases.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
